1.      APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

 

2.       ACTION ON 12/28/2009 PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES

The Plan Commission will review the minutes from the previous meeting and may make corrections and/or revisions to the minutes or approve the minutes as submitted.

 

3.      6:35 PUBLIC HEARING

A  public hearing concerning a request from Tim Brunette to rezone parcels VH-408-6 located at 2036 Elmwood Court, VH-405 located at 2060-2062 Riverview Drive, VH-416 located at 2068-2070 Riverview Drive, VH-416-1 located at 2080 Riverview Drive, VH-415 located at 2086 Riverview Drive, and a portion of VH-389 located at 2107 Velp Avenue from Single Family (R-1) to Multi-Family (R-4).  

 

4.      ACTION ON REZONING REQUEST FROM TIM BRUNETTE

The Plan Commission may make a motion to recommend the Village Board approve or deny the request for rezoning.

 

5.      6:40 PUBLIC HEARING

 A Public Hearing Concerning a Request for a Conditional Use Permit from Schroeder’s Flowers Inc. and Maplewood Shell to permit a temporary structure and the sale of plants and flowers over a period of 110 days at the Maplewood Shell located at 4720 Milltown Road.  

 

6.      ACTION ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST FROM SCHROEDER’S FLOWERS

The Plan Commission may make a motion to recommend the Village Board approve or deny the request for a conditional use permit. 

 

7.      6:45 PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing concerning a request for a conditional use permit from Schroeder’s Flowers Inc. and Woodman’s Food Market to permit two temporary structures and the sale of plants and flowers over a period of 110 days at Woodman’s Food Market located at 2400 Dousman Street

 

8.      ACTION ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST FROM SCHROEDER’S FLOWERS

The Plan Commission may make a motion to recommend the Village Board approve or deny the request for a conditional use permit. 

 

9.      REVIEW AND TAKE ACTION ON SITE PLAN FOR SANIMAX

The Plan Commission may make a motion to recommend the Village Board approve or deny the site plan allowing the construction of a new equipment tower at Sanimax.

 

10. DISCUSSION AND ACTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR UPDATE OF SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE 

 

11. DISCUSSION ON UPDATING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

 

12. DISCUSSION REGARDING REQUIRING UNDERGROUND UTILITY SERVICES ON ALL NEW DEVELOPMENT

 

13.   DISCUSSION ON REVISED HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL (B-2) ZONING REGULATIONS

The Plan Commission will discuss proposed revisions to the Highway Commercial zoning regulations and may call for a public hearing on the proposed ordinance.
