“Banana Pound Cake”

1 box yellow cake mix

4 eggs

1/3 C. oil

½ C. water

2 very ripe mashed bananas

1 box instant vanilla pudding

1 t. vanilla

Combine all the ingredients. Spray a bundt pan. Bake @350 deg. for l hour or until tester comes out clean. Let sit in pan for about 5 minutes. Turn onto a plate. While cake is still warm, gently pour Galiano liquer onto the cake and let it soak in. This is optional.

With a small sifter, sprinkle powered sugar onto the cake. YUM, YUM.
