“Special Dry Rub” for chicken wings

 

In a food processor or blender, combine the following:

2 T. paprika

2 T. light brown sugar

2 T. salt

1 T. ground red cayenne pepper

1 t. dry mustard

1 bay leaf

 

Process until bay leaf is pulverized and mixture is thoroughly blended.   Store in a jar at room temperature up to 3 months.  Makes about  ½ Cup.
