OVERNITE
FRUIT SALAD 2
cans chunk pineapple, drained very well 1
can mandarin oranges, drained very well 1
C. flaked sweet coconut 1
C. miniature marshmallows 1
C. sour cream Once the
fruit is drained well, mix remaining ingredients with the fruit and chill 24
hours. |

MY
FAVORITE COBBLER Mix
together: 20
oz. can crushed pineapple, drained 1
can cherry pie fill Pour into
a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle 1
box yellow cake mix over the pie fill mixture. Sprinkle with ½ C. pecans or walnuts. Melt 2
sticks of butter or margarine and drizzle over the cake mix. Bake 50 to
60 minutes @350 deg. |

DRY RUB
FOR CHICKEN WINGS Combine
the following in food processor: 2
T. paprika 2
T. brown sugar 2
T. salt 1
T. ground red cayenne pepper 1
t. dry mustard 1
Bay leaf Process
until bay leaf is pulverized and mixture is blended. Store in glass jar at room temperature up
to 3 months. Makes about ½ Cup. |

PEPPER SALAD DRESSING 2
C. mayo ¼ C. water ¼
C. milk ¼
C. buttermilk 2
T. grated parmesan cheese 1
T. course ground black pepper 2
t. finely chopped green onion 1
t. lemon juice ½
t. garlic salt ½
t. garlic powder Mix
together and put into a glass jar.
Will keep up to 2 weeks. |
