The “MunicipalFacts07” Financial and Demographic Data for 229 Wisconsin Cities and Villages was recently released.

Produced by the Wisconsin Taxpayers Alliance (a non-profit, non-partisan organization), the report covers 229 of the state’s most populous cities and villages

The Village of Howard was the best community in the State of Wisconsin with a population ranging from 15,000 to 30,000 for the per capita cost of delivering municipal services. Howard was third best in the entire State among all municipalities

                                                 Howard is $292.62 lower then the median of $501.68.
