- I move that the Village of Howard Plan Commission accept and recommend approval to the
- Village Board of the Draft Final Master Plan: Howard Village Center submitted by Schreiber Anderson Associates and The TaureanGroup, submittal Date June 10, 2005.
- Upon approval by the Village Board this document shall become the Final Master PlanHoward Village Center.
- It is further acknowledged that this document is a guideline to the development of the Village
- Center and that the Plan Commission and Village Board shall be active in the final implementation of this plan.
